What Is Headhunter in Path of Exile 2?

Headhunter is a unique Heavy Belt with a level 50 requirement. Kill a Rare monster while wearing it and you gain all of that monster's modifiers for 60 seconds. On a dense map one kill feeds the next: a haste aura, extra projectiles or a damage mod from one Rare carries you into the following pack, and the chain keeps rolling. The belt also gives life, Strength, Dexterity and 1 to 3 charm slots.

It came with 0.1.0, and a later patch raised the stolen-mod duration to 60 seconds. It is a world drop with no fixed source, which is why most players never see one from their own maps.

How the Headhunter Trade Works

After payment the booster contacts you and sends a trade request in the selected league. The hand-over takes about 15 minutes, and Express only shortens the wait before it, not the trade itself. When the 1.0 release arrives on December 11, 2026, orders follow the league you select in the calculator at that time. You then check the belt in your inventory.
