What Are Professions in TBC Anniversary?
Professions are the crafting and gathering skills of World of Warcraft, and in The Burning Crusade they cap at 375. Jewelcrafting arrived with the January 2026 pre-patch, and rogues also have Lockpicking, which caps at 5 times the character level, so 350 at level 70.
The final points matter most. The 375 Blacksmithing, Leatherworking and Tailoring epics use Nether Vortex, and world-drop patterns such as the Eternium Runed Blade or the Girdle of Ruination ask for 365. Your Shattrath side counts too, since the Aldor or the Scryers decide which recipes you can buy.

Crafting or Gathering: What Each Order Includes
On the seven crafting cards and on Cooking and First Aid we supply every reagent for the range you choose, so you never buy a bar, an herb or a stack of cloth at the auction house. On Herbalism, Mining and Skinning the booster gathers on your character, and everything picked up stays in your bags to sell or to feed a crafting profession. Fishing and Lockpicking are pure skill work: the booster makes every cast and opens every lock.
Each skill card lets you set the starting value and the target, so a character already at 300 pays only for the Outland stretch. Normal, Express and Super Express set your place in the queue, and a gold bundle from 300 to 2,000 or a live stream can be added.
Professions Kits: Level the Skill Yourself
Professions Kits mails the full set of materials for one profession, 1–375 or only 300–375, to your in-game mailbox, together with a skill-by-skill guide. A second kit for another crafting profession can be added, each kit is matched to your Aldor or Scryers side, and Cooking or First Aid 375 can come in the same order. No account sharing is involved, and the crafting time is your own.
Which Profession Boost to Pick
- A crafted weapon or belt: Blacksmithing or Tailoring to 365 for patterns like the Eternium Runed Blade, the Girdle of Ruination or the Vengeance Wrap. Ready-made crafts are also sold in the TBC items hub.
- Gold from your own routes: Herbalism, Mining or Skinning, since the materials gathered stay with you.
- Recipes behind a faction: raise the skill here and the standing in the TBC reputation boost hub.
- Rogues: Lockpicking to 350, the most a level 70 rogue can reach.
When Your Profession Order Starts
Your booster agrees the start time with you in the order chat. A full profession then takes about 20–22 hours of play.
Frequently asked questions
What is the max profession skill in TBC Anniversary?
375 for every profession. Rogue Lockpicking is the exception at 350 for a level 70 character.
Do I need to bring materials?
No. Crafting cards, Cooking and First Aid use materials from our stock. On gathering cards the booster collects everything, and you keep it.
How long does a profession boost take?
About 20–22 hours per profession. The booster confirms the start in the order chat.
Can I level a profession without sharing my account?
Yes, with Professions Kits. The materials and a guide arrive in your in-game mailbox, and you do the crafting yourself.
How is the price of a profession boost built?
Each profession has its own base, because material needs differ. A shorter skill range lowers it, while Express, Super Express, Remote Control, gold and a live stream raise the total.
