What Is a Divine Orb in Path of Exile 2?

A Divine Orb rerolls the numeric values of every implicit and explicit modifier on an item. The modifiers stay; only their numbers change. That makes it the finishing tool of crafting: once a piece has the right stats, Divines push those stats toward the top of their ranges. It does not work on corrupted items, so the timing matters.

The orb has a second job. It also rerolls the legacies on a Mageblood belt, which is why owners of that belt burn through large stacks. Patch 0.5.0 made Divines drop more often, yet a serious craft still eats them faster than maps give them.

Divine Orb Packs You Can Buy

The calculator has no free amount field. You pick a pack, and the PoE 2 Divine Orb price for that size and league appears right away. If you are after cheap PoE 2 Divines, compare the packs per orb before you pay. Larger totals are possible with a second order.

Leagues for the Divine Orb Service

The league selector lists Forbidden Rites and Runes of Aldur, each in Softcore and Hardcore. These are four separate economies, and orbs never move between them. A Hardcore character that dies in Forbidden Rites continues in the Softcore version, so pick Softcore if that already happened to yours. Both leagues stay open until the 1.0 release on December 11, 2026; after that, orders are played in the current league selected in the calculator.

How the Trade Reaches You

For the handover, you agree on a moment in the order chat, log in to the right league, and accept the trade window once you see the full stack inside.

Frequently asked questions

When can the trade start?

Usually about 15 minutes after the order, as soon as you are online in the league you selected. If you need a later time, set it in the order chat.

How many Divine Orbs do I need for one item?

It depends on how many modifiers you care about and how far they are from their top rolls. One lucky reroll can be enough, while a near-perfect weapon can take hundreds. A smaller pack is a good start, and you can order again for the same character.

Can I split one pack between two characters?

No. One order goes to the one character named at checkout. For a second character or a second league, place a second order.

Are Hardcore Divines the same item?

The orb is identical, but Hardcore is a separate economy, and Softcore orbs cannot be moved into it. Choose the variant your character actually plays in, and the trader meets you there.
