What Is a Raid in AION 2?
A raid in AION 2 is the 10-player tier of PvE: two parties of five, and at Ludra the two parties can come from both factions. Abyssal Forge: Ludra is the Sanctuary raid. Everyone fights the Central Abyss Fusion Reactor together, then party 1 takes Isolation Specialist Rahu while party 2 takes Abyssal Wings Ketu, and the whole group meets again at Eternal Ludra. Each character has 2 revives, a run may last up to 2 hours, and Ludra enrages after about 10 minutes.
Ludra has been temporarily removed since the October 5 launch. NC is bringing it back with new and adjusted mechanics, a First Clear event and a reset Hall of Fame. Beritra Brigade Fortress has not opened on Global yet. Both cards stay in the catalog as pre-orders.

Ludra Rewards and Entry
Ludra is worth the wait because of what it pays. A rewarded kill drops Unique accessories, Philosopher's Stone, Amplify Stone Fragments and 1,000,000 tradeable Kinah. Claiming the cube costs 40 Odyle Energy, and every fourth claim adds a pity pick.
- Entry: level 45 and item level 2,800; the raid also checks Accuracy and Crit.
- Weekly limit: 1 rewarded kill per character per week, used when Ludra dies.
- Order size: because of that limit, 5 runs on one character take 5 weekly resets, each on Wednesday at 07:00 UTC.
How an AION 2 Raid Pre-Order Works
You configure the card as usual. The Ludra calculator takes 1 to 5 runs; the Beritra Brigade Fortress calculator adds the choice of Easy, Normal or Difficult. Express, Extra Kinah and, on Piloted or Remote Control, a live stream can be added to both. The order then waits for the raid. As soon as it opens on Global, the work is scheduled with you in the order chat, and Ludra runs follow the weekly reset.
One detail for Advanced Access players: NC removed the Ludra gear earned in Early Access and gives it back when the raid returns. Keep enough Odyle Energy for the claims, 40 per rewarded kill, so the first run after the return is not lost to an empty bar.
Getting Ready While You Wait
Item level 2,800 is above the highest Transcendence tier, so most characters still have work to do before Ludra. The Transcendence runs pay Arcana cards and Amplify Stone Fragments, and Nightmare bosses pay Phantasmal Fragments for Daevanion Crystals and Stigma Shards. Both work right now, which makes them the natural first step before a raid pre-order turns into a real run. The full list of instances is in the dungeon section.

How many players does Ludra need?
10: two parties of five. The group splits for Rahu and Ketu and meets again for the final boss, Eternal Ludra.
How many Ludra runs can one character do?
One rewarded kill per character per week. An order for 5 runs is therefore played over 5 weekly resets.
What item level do I need for Ludra?
Item level 2,800 at level 45. If your character is below it, Transcendence and Nightmare orders are the usual way to close the gap first.
