What Is The Unbinding of Kith'ix in WoW?
The Unbinding of Kith'ix is the single-boss raid of patch 12.1.5. Kith'ix, a C'Thraxxi general, is fought beneath The Venomous Abyss with Lady Liadrin at your side. The raid has Story Mode, Raid Finder, Normal, Heroic and Mythic, and Mythic is flexible from 15 to 25 players. The patch is mid-season, so Season 2 continues and Kith'ix becomes one more weekly lockout next to the main raid. Inside there is no trash wing and no boss order to learn, which keeps every run short.
The item levels of the patch are 285 on Raid Finder, 298 on Normal, 311 on Heroic and 344 on Mythic, higher than the non-final Venomous Abyss bosses on every difficulty. Each difficulty has its own achievement: Kith'ix, Heroic: Kith'ix and Mythic: Kith'ix.

Normal, Heroic or Mythic Kith'ix Raid Boost
Normal suits alts and returning players who want a first kill and the achievement with loot at 298. Heroic fills Hero track slots at 311, and from October 20 Heroic and Mythic kills also drop Ascendant Venomstones. Mythic is the item level pick: 344 matches the top Mythic loot of The Venomous Abyss, from a single boss in under an hour. We sell Normal, Heroic and Mythic; Raid Finder and Story Mode are not part of the catalog.
Loot Modes, Boosters and Raid Size
Normal and Heroic offer the same four loot modes as the main raid: Group loot, Unsaved group loot, Armor & token priority or Full priority, with 10, 15, 20 or 26 unsaved boosters on the priority modes. With one boss there are no later kills to make up for a bad roll, so more boosters simply mean more chances per kill. Mythic is sold with a raid size of 15, 20 or 25.
Kith'ix loot covers 4 armor pieces (one per armor type), 2 weapons, 1 ring and 3 trinkets: Lightbearer's Shield Fragment for tanks, Sigil of the Impending Eclipse for healers and Twisted Horror's Tendril for damage dealers. There is no mount, and Ahead of the Curve and Cutting Edge stay with Ula'tek this season.

Other services for the patch are on the patch 12.1.5 page, and the rest of the season's raids are in the raid catalog.
Frequently asked questions
When can you start my Kith'ix boost?
You can order now. Runs start on October 13, when patch 12.1.5 goes live, and the manager agrees the exact time with you in the order chat.
How long does a Kith'ix run take?
30–60 minutes on Normal, Heroic or Mythic. It is one boss, so there is no trash wing or boss order to work through.
What item level does Kith'ix drop?
298 on Normal, 311 on Heroic and 344 on Mythic. Raid Finder drops 285, but we do not sell that difficulty.
Does Kith'ix drop a mount or give Ahead of the Curve?
No. The collectibles are the decor Kith'ix's Seal and the toy Shadeweaver's Hearthstone. The seasonal Ahead of the Curve and Cutting Edge are earned on Ula'tek in The Venomous Abyss.
