Overview
Buy PoE 2 Lineage Support Gems and get the exact supports your build is planned around, such as Uul-Netol's Embrace or Rakiata's Flow, without waiting for a boss or endgame encounter to drop the one you need. These gems cannot be engraved from uncut gems, so the alternative is endless farming or chasing sellers on the trade site.

What Is a Lineage Support Gem in Path of Exile 2?
Lineage support gems are the "unique" supports of Path of Exile 2: stronger than regular supports, but with restrictions. You can use only one copy of each on a character, and most of them need level 65. The unique jewel Solus Ipse raises that limit to 3. Unlike normal supports, PoE 2 lineage gems cannot be engraved from an Uncut Support Gem at all; they only drop in the world or from endgame bosses and encounters.
That makes them the last piece of many endgame builds. A build guide may name one lineage support as the core of its damage, and until it drops, the setup simply is not complete.
Lineage Gems You Can Buy by Name
The calculator lists every gem as a checkbox. Forbidden Rites shows 63 names, and Runes of Aldur adds Styrn's Ferocity and Styrn's Mountain for 65. A few examples:
- Uul-Netol's Embrace, one of the lineage gems from Xesht, We That Are One
- Rakiata's Flow, Garukhan's Resolve and Atziri's Communion
- Olroth's Conviction, Seraph's Heart, Breachlord's Amalgam and Her Declaration
Each gem has its own price, and the price for the same gem changes with the league you pick, since every league has its own market. Hardcore Runes of Aldur sits above Softcore.
Delivery Speed and Leagues of the Gem Service
Choose Standard or Express delivery. Express costs extra and puts your trade first in line. Leagues on offer: Forbidden Rites Softcore, Runes of Aldur Softcore and Runes of Aldur Hardcore. After the 1.0 launch on December 11, 2026, gem orders follow the league that the calculator then lists as current.
The handover itself is a direct trade. You meet the booster in game at a time set in the order chat. Check every gem name in the trade window before you accept.
Farm the Boss or Buy the Gem
If you would rather earn a lineage gem from its source, a Xesht carry puts you in the Breach pinnacle fight. To socket more than one copy of a gem, you need Solus Ipse, a drop of the Arbiter of Ash. For regular supports that can be engraved, use Uncut Support Gems. The full gem range is in the PoE 2 gems shop.
Frequently asked questions
When will the gems arrive?
Usually about 15 minutes after the order, as soon as you are online in the chosen league. Express puts your order first in line.
Can I order several lineage gems at once?
Yes. Tick as many as you need in one order; they arrive in the same trade.
Can I use two copies of the same lineage gem?
Only one copy per character works, unless you wear Solus Ipse, which allows 3.
Why is Forbidden Rites Hardcore missing?
This card delivers in Forbidden Rites Softcore and in both Runes of Aldur variants only, as listed in the calculator.
