What the WoW Forever Raids Bundle Actually Contains

Blizzard's roadmap opens three raid instances on the same Wednesday, December 9, and each one demands a different number of people. The bundle treats them as one project for your hero instead of three unrelated purchases.

• The Barrow Deeps, 10 seats. A prison built by the night elves, with its entrance on Mount Hyjal and more tunnels leading down from Blackmaw Hold. A spreading corruption drives its story.
• Hyjal Summit, 20 seats. Snowfields and elven ruins on top of the mountain, where some force is siphoning power long after Archimonde fell.
• Onyxia's Lair, 40 seats. The returning dragon den and the only full-size encounter at launch.

Every boss in each instance is killed with your character present, so the package ends after the third clear is logged, not after a fixed count of hours.

Setting the Loot Rule Before the First Pull

Most arguments in a new raid are about who gets the item. The bundle removes that by fixing the rule at checkout.

Scale matters here. In a ten-person room a roll has few competitors, but in Onyxia's Lair a single cloak or trinket may interest a dozen raiders. Full Priority pays off most in exactly that raid, and it also decides cosmetics: under Blizzard's rules an epic raid item adds its look only to the collection of whoever binds it, so a lost roll costs the appearance too.

Class Sets, the Legendary and Legacy Credit

Blizzard's summary of the What's Next panel attaches fresh class sets and a legendary, still to be revealed, to the prison and the summit. Onyxia has no announced link to either. Item names, set bonuses and the legendary questline are unknown, so this page names no specific pieces yet.

A second layer of value comes from the Legacy system. On the pre-launch version of the Legacy page, boss encounters from each of these three raids appear as milestones, and the points they award stay usable on every character outside Hardcore. One bundle therefore ticks every raid milestone available at launch, though Blizzard may still adjust those numbers.

How a Three-Raid Order Is Scheduled

• You pick the loot setting and format and tell us where your hero plays.
• Before December 9 we send proposed evenings for the small, medium and full-size runs, normally inside one reset window.
• You confirm or swap any slot; moving one raid leaves the other two untouched.
• Each clear is reported to you, and the order closes after the third.

If Blizzard shifts Onyxia from its slot on the BlizzCon roadmap, that part of your package waits for the real opening while the two new raids go ahead.

Who Gets the Most Out of a Raid Package

The WoW Forever Raids Bundle fits a player who reaches 60 in the first month but has no guild able to field 40 people in week one. It also suits a collector who wants every launch raid done on a main before spring 2027 brings a further pair of raids. If only one boss or one appearance interests you, a single-raid service from the WoW Forever Raid Boost catalog is the leaner choice.

Before booking, the character should be at the cap and ideally wearing blue items from endgame dungeon bosses. Hardcore heroes are excluded, since that ruleset opens separately in winter.
