Overview
Buy PoE 2 Kaom's Heart and get a huge flat Life pool on your chest slot the same day you decide your build can live without Spirit. It is a world drop with no target farm, and corrupting your own copy for a higher Life roll is a gamble that can just as easily ruin it. Pick league and corruption here and skip both.

What Is Kaom's Heart in Path of Exile 2?
Kaom's Heart is a unique body armour on the Conqueror Plate base with a level 68 requirement. Its main line is +1500 to maximum Life, a flat bonus that does not depend on your passive tree. The price is written on the item: you have no Spirit while wearing it, so persistent buffs that reserve Spirit stop working.
That trade-off makes it a build-defining choice. Characters that rely on raw Life for survival and do not use Spirit gems gain a very large buffer; characters that run auras or minions on Spirit usually cannot wear it at all. It has existed since 0.1.0 and drops anywhere in the world.
Corruption Options for the Kaom's Heart You Buy
| Variant | Effect | Leagues |
|---|---|---|
| +1700 to maximum Life | 200 more Life than the base roll | All five |
| +1800 to maximum Life | The highest Life variant in our calculator; the most expensive choice | All five |
| Additional socket | One more socket on the chest; the cheapest corruption | All five |
| No corruption | A clean +1500 Life copy you can still change with Divine Orbs; the default choice | All five |
No corruption is the default; pick one of the three corruptions only if you want the extra roll. The five leagues are Forbidden Rites Softcore, Runes of Aldur Softcore and Hardcore, and Standard Softcore and Hardcore. The Hardcore Life corruptions cost far more than the Softcore ones. Express delivery is a checkbox that costs extra and takes your order first.
The Life rolls suit characters that already stack Life percentages on the passive tree, since every extra flat point gets multiplied. The extra socket is the better pick when you want the chest to carry one more augment, such as a rune, instead of more Life.
Buying Kaom's Heart: Start and Trade
After payment, the booster sends an in-game trade in your league about 15 minutes after assignment.
Before you buy, check your build plan: if your skills reserve Spirit, Kaom's Heart switches them off. Our Warrior build service can set up a Life-based character around it, and the Uncut Spirit Gems page shows what you give up. For other chest and belt options, browse the PoE 2 uniques catalog.
Frequently asked questions
When does my Kaom's Heart order start?
Right after payment; the trade usually follows within about 15 minutes of the booster being assigned.
How long until I have the chest?
About 15 minutes of in-game trade. Express delivery puts your order ahead of the regular queue.
Why does Kaom's Heart remove Spirit?
It is the drawback built into the item: in exchange for +1500 maximum Life, the wearer has no Spirit, so Spirit-reserving buffs cannot be kept active.
Is Kaom's Heart sold on Standard Hardcore?
Yes. Standard Hardcore has the same choices as Standard Softcore: an uncorrupted chest or one of the three corruptions.
