What Is The King in the Mists in Path of Exile 2?

The King in the Mists is the Ritual boss of the endgame Atlas. He waits in the Crux of Nothingness at monster level 78 to 82 and drops Omens of many types, plus uniques such as Beetlebite and Ingenuity. He is not Ritual's pinnacle; that role belongs to The Bodach.

The same name appears in Act 1, where a King in the Mists is the Freythorn campaign boss. This card sells the endgame Ritual encounter, not the Act 1 fight.

How An Audience with the King Opens the Fight

  1. You use the fragment An Audience with the King.
  2. Buttons appear on the Atlas.
  3. You clear an adjacent map.
  4. You enter the Crux of Nothingness and face the King.

The fragment is the part you work for, so a failed fight hurts more than the time spent in the arena. A King in the Mists kill from our booster turns that fragment into a finished encounter and a stack of Omens.

Order Settings for the King in the Mists Carry

This card has no difficulty switch. You pick a league: Forbidden Rites Softcore, Runes of Aldur Softcore or Hardcore, Standard Softcore or Hardcore, with Runes of Aldur Hardcore priced above the rest. Next, set the Kills counter anywhere from 1 to 50, and decide whether Express execution should give the order maximum priority. Play modes: Self Play, Piloted or Remote Control.

Buy Ritual Boss Kill for Omens

Omens are Ritual's crafting items, which is why crafters order several kills at once. If you would rather hand the crafting itself to someone, our gear crafting service builds the item for you. Players finishing Ritual completely pair this card with the Bodach carry for the pinnacle. And if the Act 1 Freythorn king is the wall you are actually stuck on, that fight belongs to the campaign bosses card.

When the Boss Carry Starts and Ends

Once you pay, you and your booster agree the start together in the order chat, and each kill lasts about 15 minutes. Screenshots arrive when the King falls. The full list of fights sits in our PoE 2 bosses hub.
