Express delivery is an extra-cost checkbox that moves your order to the front.

Which corruption fits? +1 to Level of all Skills raises every skill gem you socket, +8 to all Elemental Resistances closes a resistance gap left by your other gear, and +141 total Attributes suits builds that still need more Strength, Dexterity or Intelligence on top of the base roll.
