What Is the Tier 6 Set in TBC Anniversary?
Tier 6 is the raid set of Phase 3 in TBC Anniversary, at item level 146. Each class has its own: Lightbringer for Paladins, Onslaught for Warriors, Thunderheart for Druids, Tempest for Mages, Slayer's for Rogues, Gronnstalker's for Hunters, Skyshatter for Shamans, Malefic for Warlocks and Absolution for Priests. The full set has 8 pieces, but only 5 drop now; bracers, belt and boots arrive with Sunwell Plateau.
The pieces come as tokens. Conqueror tokens serve Paladin, Priest and Warlock; Protector tokens Warrior, Hunter and Shaman; Vanquisher tokens Rogue, Mage and Druid.
Where Each Tier 6 Token Drops
| Piece | Boss | Raid |
|---|---|---|
| Head | Archimonde | Hyjal |
| Hands | Azgalor | Hyjal |
| Shoulders | Mother Shahraz | Black Temple |
| Legs | Illidari Council | Black Temple |
| Chest | Illidan Stormrage | Black Temple |
Both raids are needed, which is why the set takes several lockouts even in a raid that clears everything. Each run lasts about 2 hours. The full raids with their own loot rules are on the Hyjal Summit boost and Black Temple boost pages.
Full Set or Specific Pieces
The calculator offers two choices. Full set covers all 5 pieces. Specific pieces lets you tick head, shoulders, chest, hands or legs one by one, each at the same price, so a character with two pieces already pays only for three. Play modes are Piloted, Self Play or Remote Control, and a Piloted order can include a live stream. Older sets are on the Tier 4 and Tier 5 sets boost.
How Long the Tier 6 Carry Takes
A set usually takes 2–3 resets; the exact number depends on luck with tokens. Hyjal and Black Temple give 14 boss kills a week, and every token boss is visited on each reset until your pieces are done. If you also want the weapons and trinkets around the set, the Black Temple and Hyjal bundle covers both raids.
After You Buy the Set
Each piece goes on your character as soon as its token drops. More set and item services are in the TBC Anniversary gear boost hub.
Frequently asked questions
When can the Tier 6 boost start?
The booster confirms the start time in the order chat.
How long does a full Tier 6 set take?
Usually 2–3 resets. It depends on luck with tokens, because the five pieces come from five different bosses in two raids.
Can I buy only the pieces I miss?
Yes. Choose Specific pieces and tick head, shoulders, chest, hands or legs. Each piece has the same price.
Are Tier 6 bracers, belt and boots included?
No. Those three pieces come with Sunwell Plateau in Phase 4. The order covers the 5 pieces available now.
