What Is Alchemy in TBC Anniversary?
Alchemy is the crafting profession that turns herbs into potions, elixirs and flasks. In The Burning Crusade its cap rises to 375, and the Outland recipes near the top are the ones raiders care about: the consumables a guild expects on every progression night in Black Temple and Mount Hyjal.
Phase 3 added Marks of the Illidari, which raiders hand in at the Aldor or Scryers bank in Shattrath for potions and flasks, including the new Haste and Destruction potions. That covers part of the demand. An alchemist at 375 brews as many as the herbs allow.
What the Alchemy Boost Includes
You set two values on the slider, your current skill and the target, anywhere from 1 to 375. Herbs, vials and every other reagent for that span come from our side, so a TBC Anniversary alchemy 375 order needs no herbalism and no auction house runs. The calculator also asks for your Shattrath side, Aldor or The Scryers, because that choice decides which profession recipes your character can buy.

Why Buy Alchemy Instead of Grinding It
Most of the cost of leveling alchemy is shopping, not crafting. Herbs for the old-world ranks have to be bought or gathered, and the Outland part eats them by the stack on a Fresh TBC realm.
