Buy PoE 2 Palm of the Dreamer and get the corrupted Shrine Sceptre that adds chaos damage for you and your allies, delivered to the league you play. The only way to make one is to corrupt a Guiding Palm and hope for the rare outcome, and most attempts end with a different result. What Is Palm of the Dreamer in Path of Exile 2?
Palm of the Dreamer is a unique sceptre on the Shrine Sceptre base, equipped from level 65. It gives extra chaos damage, grants chaos damage to your allies as well and carries the effect of the Dreaming Gloom Shrine on the weapon itself. The item arrived in patch 0.2.1.
It does not drop on its own. A Palm of the Dreamer only appears when a Guiding Palm of the Heart, Eye or Mind is corrupted, and only rarely at that, which is why every copy on the market is already a corrupted item.
Why Buy Palm of the Dreamer Instead of Corrupting Palms Yourself
Corrupting your own Guiding Palm costs the base every time the roll goes another way. Each failed attempt means finding or buying a fresh Heart, Eye or Mind and trying again. When you buy the sceptre ready-made, you get the outcome without the series of lost bases, and your currency stays free for the rest of your gear. If your stash is short on orbs after that, a PoE 2 currency pack covers the basics.
League Options for Your Sceptre Order
- Forbidden Rites - Softcore: the current event league with its fresh economy.
- Runes of Aldur - Softcore and Hardcore: the 0.5 league, open until the 1.0 release.
- Standard - Softcore and Hardcore: the permanent leagues.
Standard Hardcore is the most expensive option; the Softcore options in Runes of Aldur and Standard are the cheapest. After 1.0 on December 11, 2026, orders are played in the league selected in the calculator.
Delivery Service and Express Priority
A booster finds your character in the chosen league and hands over the sceptre by trade, about 15 minutes after payment. Ticking Express delivery costs extra and gives the order maximum priority.

Frequently asked questions
How soon does the trade happen?
As soon as the booster is assigned. On average the sceptre is yours about 15 minutes after payment, sooner in the queue with Express delivery.
Can I choose the corruption?
No. Palm of the Dreamer exists only as the result of a corruption, so it comes as it is. The calculator asks only for your league.
What changes the price?
Mainly the league. Standard Hardcore is the costliest choice, the Softcore options in Runes of Aldur and Standard the cheapest, and Express delivery adds a further charge on top.
What level do I need?
Level 65 to equip the sceptre. Enter the name of the character in the selected league at checkout so the booster can invite it.
