What Is Memento of Tyrande in TBC Anniversary?

Memento of Tyrande is an item level 151 trinket for healers and one of the rewards from Illidan Stormrage, the final boss of Black Temple. On TBC Anniversary the temple opened with Phase 3 on 27 August, and its drops range from item level 141 to 151, so this trinket sits at the very top for a healer in the current phase.

Black Temple is a 25-player raid with 9 bosses, from Naj'entus to Illidan. Healers who already have their tier pieces often find the trinket slots are the last ones holding them back.

Why the Memento Is Hard to Win in a Normal Raid

Illidan carries a crowded loot table, and every item on it has a queue of players waiting:

• Warglaive of Azzinoth, main-hand and off-hand, item level 156
• Memento of Tyrande, healer trinket, and The Skull of Gul'dan, caster trinket, both 151
• Bulwark of Azzinoth, Stormrage Signet Ring, Cursed Vision of Sargeras and Zhar'doom, all 151

Steps of the Healer Trinket Boost

1. You choose a play mode: Piloted, Self Play with no skill or gear needed, or Remote Control.
2. Your character joins a full Black Temple clear on an EU or US realm, about 2 hours long.
3. Runs repeat each reset until Memento drops; on average that takes 2–3 resets.

The gold selector adds 300 to 2,000 gold for gems and enchants, and Piloted or Remote Control orders can include a private live stream.
