What Is the Belt of One-Hundred Deaths in TBC Anniversary?
The Belt of One-Hundred Deaths is an item level 138 leather belt from Lady Vashj, the sixth and final boss of Serpentshrine Cavern. SSC is the 25-player raid that opened with Phase 2, and on Anniversary it has needed no attunement since Phase 3 arrived, so any level 70 character can step in.
The waist slot is where this belt earns its keep. Tier 6 in Phase 3 covers only head, shoulders, chest, hands and legs; the T6 belt, bracers and boots wait for Sunwell. A Vashj belt therefore stays on a leather wearer long after tier pieces replace the rest of the kit.
How the Vashj Belt Boost Is Run
Once you check out, your character joins a full Serpentshrine Cavern clear: Hydross the Unstable, The Lurker Below, Leotheras the Blind, Fathom-Lord Karathress, Morogrim Tidewalker and, last, Lady Vashj. One clear takes about 90 minutes. If the belt stays in the loot table that week, the next reset brings another run, and the order closes only when the belt sits on your character.
Raids run on EU and US realms for both factions.
What the Calculator Adds to the Belt Carry
- Play mode: Piloted, Self Play or Remote Control. In Self Play you sit in the raid yourself and need neither skill nor gear.
- Gold: 300, 500, 1,000, 1,500 or 2,000 gold delivered with the order, handy for gems and an enchant on the new belt.
- Live stream: with Piloted play you can watch the raid on a private stream.
How Many Resets Does Buying the Belt Take?
Loot is random, so no fixed day can be promised. On average the belt lands within 2–3 resets. From 22 October every SSC boss also drops Badges of Justice, which stay on your character as a side gain of each run.
