Its quartermaster sells Nether Ray flying mounts once you reach Exalted, and those rays are the main reason players buy a TBC Anniversary Sha'tari Skyguard Boost.
A Nether Ray needs Artisan Riding, the 280% flying skill. Expect the faction to be a collector goal rather than a raid requirement, yet few mounts in The Burning Crusade look as distinctive.
