Overview
Buy WoW TBC Abacus of Violent Odds Boost and get the Mechanar trinket in your bags without giving up your own evenings to repeat clears of one dungeon. A booster runs Pathaleon the Calculator on your character until the Abacus drops, so a random loot roll no longer decides how many nights you spend in Tempest Keep.

What Is the Abacus of Violent Odds in TBC Anniversary?
The Abacus of Violent Odds is an item level 115 trinket carried by Pathaleon the Calculator, the last boss of the Mechanar. The Mechanar is one of the Tempest Keep dungeons, and its heroic version asks for the Warpforged Key from The Sha'tar.
Because it comes from a 5-player dungeon and not from a raid, a fresh level 70 on a Fresh TBC realm can add it without a raid spot, a loot council or a guild that already clears Karazhan.
Why Buy the Trinket Instead of Farming It Yourself
A single trinket farm is the least fun part of The Burning Crusade. You need four other players for every attempt, and the run you finish may still end with nothing for you. Then the group breaks up and the search starts again. With this boost the repetition is our work: you log off, and the next time you open the game the clears have moved on.
How the Abacus of Violent Odds Boost Is Played
Your booster logs in during the windows you agree on in the order chat and clears the Mechanar again and again. until Pathaleon finally drops the Abacus.
The number of runs is not fixed, since the loot is random. What is fixed is the end point: the boost closes only when the trinket sits on your character.
Calculator Options for the Mechanar Trinket Farm
- Gold: keep "I don't need Gold" or add 300, 500, 1,000, 1,500 or 2,000 gold. It arrives by mail, auction house, trade or guild bank, usually within 1–2 hours.
- Live stream: a paid checkbox if you want to watch the runs while the booster plays.
The base price covers the whole farm, however many clears it takes; only these two extras add to it.
What to Pair with the Abacus
The other dungeon trinket on our list is the Hourglass of the Unraveller, item level 112, from Temporus in the Black Morass. For a raid-level partner, Gruul's item level 125 Dragonspine Trophy is the usual next step. If you want Mechanar clears without a target item, the Mechanar boost is the simpler order, and every single-item farm we run is listed in the TBC Anniversary item boosts catalog.
Frequently asked questions
When can you start the Abacus farm?
Right after checkout. Your booster agrees the first session with you in the order chat.
How long does the Abacus of Violent Odds Boost take?
There is no fixed time. Pathaleon's loot is random, so the farm continues until the trinket drops, and the extra runs cost you nothing more.
Who drops the Abacus of Violent Odds?
Pathaleon the Calculator, the final boss of the Mechanar.
What changes the price of the order?
Only the extras you tick: a gold amount and the live stream. The farm itself has one price, whatever the number of clears.
