What Is The Mag'har in TBC Anniversary?
The Mag'har are the orcs of Garadar in Nagrand, and in TBC Anniversary their reputation is the Horde source of talbuk mounts. Alliance players reach the same mounts through the Kurenai, so for a Horde character there is no other way to a talbuk.
It is a long reputation by design. Many Horde players start it during leveling in The Burning Crusade, stall around the middle tiers and never come back. A boost picks the bar up wherever it stopped, and the TBC Anniversary The Mag'har Boost counts only the tiers you still need.
