What Is The Blood Furnace in TBC Anniversary?
The Blood Furnace is one of the three Hellfire Citadel dungeons in The Burning Crusade, together with Hellfire Ramparts and The Shattered Halls. Keli'dan the Breaker is its final boss, and on Heroic he always drops a Primal Nether, the reagent used for many Outland crafted epics.
Heroic difficulty opens with the Flamewrought Key, and every member of the group needs one. Heroic bosses also drop a Badge of Justice for each player, and G'eras in Shattrath trades those badges for epic gear and reagents.
Heroic Blood Furnace Boost and the Flamewrought Key
The key comes from the Hellfire faction of your side:

The Communal key is account-wide, but each alt still needs Friendly with the faction. One Flamewrought Key opens Heroic for all three Hellfire wings. To raise the faction itself, our Honor Hold boost and Thrallmar boost take it to Exalted in about 6–7 days.
Setting Up Your Blood Furnace Carry
- Choose Piloted, Self Play or Remote Control.
- Pick an execution speed. Normal is the base, Express adds a fee and raises priority, Super Express gets the highest priority.
- Select Normal or Heroic, then the amount: 1 to 10 runs, cheaper per run as the number grows.
- On Piloted and Remote Control, tick "Live stream" if you want it, and with Heroic selected "I need the Flamewrought Key".
- Add 500 to 2,000 gold if your character is short on coin.
When the Blood Furnace Boost Starts and Ends
Your first run usually begins around 1.5 hours after payment. One clear is finished roughly 2 hours after the order; for larger packs, the schedule is set in the order chat.
The first wing of the citadel is sold as the Hellfire Ramparts boost, and the third one as the Shattered Halls boost. The full list of instances is on the TBC Anniversary dungeon boost page.
Frequently asked questions
When does my Blood Furnace boost start?
Usually about 1.5 hours after payment at Normal speed. Express and Super Express put the order ahead in the queue.
How long will one run take?
About 2 hours from order to finished run. With 2 or more runs, the booster agrees the timing with you in the order chat.
Do I need the Flamewrought Key for Normal?
No, Normal Blood Furnace has no key requirement. The key is for Heroic, and one key covers all three Hellfire Citadel wings.
How does the calculator set the price?
Heroic is priced above Normal, Express and Super Express add to the base, and every additional run costs less than the previous one. The key, stream and gold are added on top.
