What Is Echo of Mephisto in Diablo 4?
Echo of Mephisto, also called Echo of the False Prophet, is a pinnacle boss in Skovos, the region Lord of Hatred added; the expansion's campaign ends with the fight against Mephisto himself. The echo is summoned with a Crux of the False Prophet and sits above every lair boss in the endgame.
Since patch 3.2.1 every kill guarantees a Mythic Unique, which no other boss does. Because Mythic Uniques are account-bound and cannot be traded, farming this echo is the most direct drop route to them, next to the Horadric Cube and Blacksmith crafts. On the Seasonal realm, beating him also counts for a Season Rank objective that pays a Resplendent Spark.

Torment X costs less than Torment XII on every package. With "I have my own Crux keys" you pay less again, and Crux can also be bought as boss materials. Express costs extra and gets maximum priority for start and completion. The kills run Piloted, Self Play or Remote Control.
Which Echo of Mephisto Carry to Buy
For a first Mythic, a few single kills are enough. The bundles suit a player chasing a specific item among the 13 Iconic Mythics, since every kill is a fresh roll and the free kills lower the cost of each attempt. If one exact Mythic with chosen affixes matters more than the farm, our Mythic Uniques card is the direct order.

Start Time and Requirements
We begin in about 15 minutes. Single kills take around 15 minutes each, an 8-kill bundle about an hour, and a Hardcore hero is played at a slower pace. You need a level 70 hero with your chosen tier open; if it is not, add the Torment X or XII unlock. Every other boss we farm is listed in the D4 boss carry hub.

Torment X or Torment XII?
Both give the guaranteed Mythic. Torment X costs less; Torment XII is the top tier and the only one offered for the Lilith pairing. Pick the tier your hero has open, or add its unlock.
