What Is Echo of Lilith in Diablo 4?
Echo of Lilith is the pinnacle boss of the base game, a rematch with Lilith that you start at the Church Ruin in Nevesk, in the Fractured Peaks. Neither expansion replaced her: she is one of the two pinnacle echoes today, next to Echo of Mephisto from Lord of Hatred.
Players come back to her for two things: the solo title, which asks for a kill without party help, and the seasonal track, where beating Lilith pays a Resplendent Spark, the material behind Mythic crafting.
Group Kill or Solo Kill: Choosing Your Lilith Carry

The solo kill costs more, because the whole fight rests on one hero. Both kill types are offered on Seasonal Softcore and Eternal Softcore, and Eternal costs less. Paying for Express moves the order to the top of the queue. Choose Piloted, Self Play or Remote Control.
If you only need her for the Resplendent Spark and the kill credit, the group kill is the simpler and cheaper order. Pick the solo kill when the title itself is the reason you are here.

When Your Lilith Kill Is Done
We pick the order up in about 15 minutes, and the fight takes about 15 minutes. The hero needs level 70 and Torment XII; without the tier, tick the unlock add-on or order the Torment XII unlock first.
