What Is Duriel in Diablo 4?
Duriel, King of Maggots, is a Greater lair boss in the Gaping Crevasse, east of Gea Kul in Kehjistan. One Greater Lair Key opens each summon. Players farm him for his own unique list, which includes Dark Stalker's Medallion, Fractured Runestone and Mutilator Plate, plus the 29 uniques of the general pool every Greater boss rolls on.
Since patch 3.2.1, Greater lair bosses have a slightly higher Mythic rate, and Duriel's Mythics come only from his own pool. A rare Superior Lair Key can drop too.

All three use the same Greater Lair Key and share the general pool, so the choice comes down to the named item your build needs. If it sits on Andariel's list, the Andariel boost is the better order.
Duriel Carry Options and Price Factors
The calculator starts with the kill slider, 1 to 100, always on Torment XII. Bringing your own Greater Lair Keys costs less than letting us supply them. Seasonal Hardcore is the most expensive realm and Eternal Softcore the least. Express is the paid speed-up that starts and finishes your order first. Add-ons cover the Torment XII unlock, Extra gold and, on Piloted orders, a Live stream. Choose Piloted, Self Play or Remote Control.
No keys at hand? Order them as boss materials by in-game trade and use the own-keys option.
Start Time and What to Prepare
The first summon follows about 15 minutes after payment, and each kill takes around 15 minutes. Hardcore kills are slower, because the fight is played with a margin that a permadeath hero needs. Have a level 70 hero ready with Torment XII open, or let the add-on clear the gate first.

How soon do you start my Duriel order?
About 15 minutes after payment. Express puts it first in line.
How long does a Duriel boost take?
Roughly 15 minutes per kill on Softcore, longer on Hardcore. A 25-kill order is a full day of play.
Is the Soul Splinter of Pain a Duriel drop?
No. The Season 15 Soul Splinter of Pain is named after Duriel, but it is not tied to his kills. He drops his unique list, the shared Greater pool and, rarely, a Superior Lair Key.
How many kills should I buy for one item?
Enough for several dozen rolls if you want one specific unique, because every kill rolls the shared pool as well as his list. Smaller batches suit players who just want a few good drops on a fresh level 70 hero.
