What Is Echo of Andariel in Diablo 4?
Echo of Andariel is a Greater lair boss, the version of the Maiden of Anguish you summon in the endgame. Her lair is Hanged Man's Hall, east of Tarsarak in Kehjistan, and each summon costs one Greater Lair Key. She is one of four bosses on that key, next to Duriel, Harbinger of Hatred and The Butcher.
Her personal list holds Ancients' Oath, Greenwalker's Signet and Ebonpiercer, and every kill also rolls on a general pool of 29 uniques that the Greater bosses share. Patch 3.2.1 slightly raised the Mythic rate of Greater bosses, and a Mythic from Andariel always comes from her own pool. Now and then she also drops a Superior Lair Key.

Greater Lair Keys for the Andariel Carry
A Greater Lair Key comes from Initiate lair bosses, and Torment VI and higher drops them more often. If your stash is empty, a batch of Urivar kills refills it as a side effect, or you can order the keys outright as Diablo 4 boss materials and pick the own-keys option here.
Whichever route you take, decide before checkout. With our keys you just set the kill count; with yours, check that the stash holds one Greater Lair Key for every kill on the slider.
When the Andariel Boost Starts and What You Need
We pick the order up in about 15 minutes and plan roughly 15 minutes per kill. A Hardcore hero takes longer per kill, since a careful pace matters more than speed on a permadeath character. The hero must be level 70 with Torment XII open; if it is not, the unlock add-on clears the gate before the first summon.

About 15 minutes after payment, or sooner in the queue with Express.
How long does an Andariel order take?
Around 15 minutes per kill on Softcore. Ten kills fit into an afternoon; a 100-kill order spreads over several days.
Does she drop the Soul Splinter of Anguish?
No. The Season 15 Soul Splinter of Anguish carries her name, but it is not tied to Andariel kills. Her loot is her unique list, the shared Greater pool and the occasional Superior Lair Key.
Which uniques can I get from her?
Her own list includes Ancients' Oath, Greenwalker's Signet and Ebonpiercer, and each kill also rolls on the 29-item pool shared by all Greater lair bosses. Mythic Uniques can drop as well, from her own pool only.
