What Is Sepulcher of the First Ones in WoW?
Sepulcher of the First Ones is the final raid of Shadowlands: 11 bosses, and the Jailer waits at the end. Its rarest prize is the Zereth Overseer, a very rare mount drop from the Jailer on Mythic. Because the raid is older than Dragonflight, a level 90 character enters with Legacy Loot Mode and every boss rolls the loot of a full raid.
For collectors this means the class set of the tier and the weapon looks come in fast. The raid's achievements are sold here as Glory of the Sepulcher Raider.

Zereth Overseer: What a Mythic Carry Gives You
There is no mount goal on this card. The Zereth Overseer can only appear from a Mythic Jailer kill inside your clear, and since it is very rare, we never sell it as a sure thing. Buy the Mythic clear for the full loot table and the chance, and repeat it in later orders if you keep hunting.

No. It is a very rare drop from the Mythic Jailer, and Blizzard publishes no rate. A Mythic clear gives you one chance per kill.
