What Are Mistcrests in WoW Midnight?
Mistcrests are the upgrade currency of Midnight Season 2. Each item on an upgrade track climbs one rank for 20 crests, and there are five types: Adventurer, Veteran, Champion, Hero and Myth. Crests can also be traded at the Crest Exchange in Silvermoon, run by Cuzolth and Vaskarn.
Upgrades turn a drop into a finished piece. A Hero item starts at 305 and reaches 321 after five upgrades; a Myth item goes from 318 to 334. With 6 ranks per track, one item needs 100 crests from bottom to top, which is why crests run out faster than anything else in the season.
Where Each Crest Type Comes From

Myth crests are the bottleneck, because they ask for +9 keys or harder, the level where many players stall. Whatever type you buy, the booster farms it from the source that fills it fastest.
Weekly Cap and Order Size in a Crest Boost
Until the week of October 20 the game caps each crest type at 100 per week, so a larger order is farmed across several weeks. From the week of October 20 the cap is lifted, and amounts up to 804 no longer wait on the weekly limit: without the cap, 100 crests take about 15 hours of farming and a full 804 about 5 days. To size the boost, count the items you want to raise and multiply by 100 for a full climb, or by 20 per rank you still need.
How the Mistcrest Boost Runs
Play Piloted, Self Play in the group, or Remote Control from your PC. After payment the booster confirms the farming time for your type and amount in the order chat.
