What Is Gnomeregan in WoW Forever?

Gnomeregan was the technological capital of the gnomes, built inside the mountains of Dun Morogh. When troggs broke in from below, the gnome leader Mekgineer Sicco Thermaplugg chose to flood the city with radiation, and he has ruled the poisoned ruins ever since. Leper gnomes, troggs, Dark Iron agents and runaway machines fill the halls, which run through a large, multi-level layout of workshops, sewers and engineering bays.

It is one of the longest dungeons below level 35 and easy to get stuck in, which is why many players leave it half-finished. For gnome and dwarf characters it closes the Dun Morogh story; in WoW Forever that region also has the new Hall of Thanes, built for a much lower band (13–18).

Gnomeregan Carry: What You Order

Each run is a full WoW Forever Gnomeregan boost: the group fights through to Thermaplugg in his control room and kills every main boss on the way. With Loot Priority, every boss drop your class and spec can use ends up on your character instead of going to a roll. With Normal, the group rolls on the drops as usual. Gnomeregan sits in Alliance land, but Horde characters can reach the entrance; because factions are separate, their runs are played by Horde boosters.
