Overview

Buy WoW Forever First Aid Boost and own the one healing tool open to all classes without farming cloth for it. Available stretches: 1–150, 150–225, 225–300 and Full First Aid 1–300. The booster strips cloth from humanoid enemies, visits the trainer for each rank and crafts until your bar arrives at the chosen mark.

Whatever gets crafted meanwhile is left with you. Supply Stock goes a step further and lays in a reserve of bandages, cures and First Aid Kits for your earliest dungeons and raids. First Aid is secondary and costs no main profession choice.

What First Aid does in WoW Forever

First Aid is a secondary skill, available to every class alongside two main professions, and its bar ends at 300. The foundation is familiar: cloth turns into bandages, and a bandage restores health to you or a friend over several seconds, no mana involved. The novelty showed up in the BlizzCon demo build, where healing consumables run through First Aid and the skill learns to strip harmful effects and to buff a party. Put briefly, WoW Forever First Aid stops being a warrior's panic button and becomes a pocket utility kit for any group. Demo content may change ahead of launch, so treat the following table as a snapshot and not as patch notes.

Four items from the demo build

ItemEffect in the demo
Woolen TourniquetClears bleed effects
Simple PoulticeClears diseases
Anti-VenomClears poisons
First Aid KitStamina-type buff for the whole party; made of Linen Bandages and Refreshing Spring Water

Three cleanses that normally demand a particular class in the party, plus a group buff built from beginner materials: for five players lacking a paladin, druid or shaman, that is tangible help in the dungeons for levels 13–18 and 15–20 which beta testers can enter today. Stronger versions remain unrevealed. They probably hide among the 600-odd recipe additions Blizzard has counted, but we name nothing that has not been shown.

WoW Forever First Aid Boost: ranges and the Supply Stock

The WoW Forever First Aid Boost comes in three steps and one complete path. 1–150 fits a character still wandering starter lands. 150–225 and 225–300 call for someone able to kill tougher humanoids, because finer cloth falls from stronger foes. First Aid 1-300 WoW Forever as one purchase belongs to a character at 60 or nearly there.

Supply Stock serves buyers who intend to use the skill straight away. Rather than halting at the target figure, the booster goes on crafting and leaves behind a reserve of bandages, Anti-Venom and First Aid Kits, sized by you at checkout.

Cloth is the only real cost

No nodes, no fishing pools. WoW Forever First Aid leveling burns cloth, cloth falls from humanoids, and in an economy born on November 4 nobody holds spare stacks to sell. Tailors chase that very cloth, which turns the opening weeks into the priciest moment to buy it and the dullest moment to farm it. The booster farms it with your character, under your ruleset and faction, so the material never needs trading or mailing.

Field Medicine and Legacy milestones

Datamined files list a Legacy perk named Field Medicine, together with profession marks at 150, 225 and 300 that send Legacy Points to the account. Dataminers are the only source; Blizzard has not described the perk. Should it ship, a completed First Aid bar will have paid part of its cost.

How the order runs

Choose stretch and extra in the calculator; pay. The offer travels to vetted boosters, the first to agree is assigned, and a chat inside the order connects you to that medic and to support. When the bar is full, proof gets uploaded, and the following 72 hours are for confirming or disputing. The WoW Forever First Aid Boost can be purchased already — likewise if a search for a Classic Plus First Aid boost led you here — with crafting beginning on November 4, 2026. A postponement by Blizzard pauses the order and voids nothing. Further skills stand among the profession boosts for WoW Forever.

Frequently asked questions

What is First Aid used for in WoW Forever?

Healing without mana and, going by the BlizzCon demo build, cleansing as well. Bandages restore health over a brief channel; Woolen Tourniquet clears bleeds, Simple Poultice clears diseases, Anti-Venom clears poisons, and the First Aid Kit grants the party a stamina-type buff. Being secondary, the skill sits beside two main professions on any class.

Which classes benefit most from First Aid?

Those with no healing of their own — warriors, rogues, mages, hunters, warlocks — draw the most from bandages. The cure items lengthen that list: a group missing a class that can lift poisons or diseases could close the hole with consumables, assuming the demo items make it into the released game.

Are the Tourniquet, Poultice and First Aid Kit confirmed?

They could be played in the BlizzCon demo build — firmer ground than datamining, though no launch promise. Names, effects and ingredients can still be reworked while the beta lasts, and its final full day is October 21. Your order is judged by the First Aid figure alone, and that figure is independent of those items.

Where does the cloth come from?

Off humanoid enemies the booster kills with your character. Quantities are not published by us, since Forever's recipes and drop rates are not final. Cloth that outlives the final point stays in your bags; with Supply Stock ticked it is sewn into usable items instead of lying around as raw stacks.

Does First Aid occupy a profession slot?

No. Today's beta counts First Aid, Cooking and Fishing as secondary skills. Both main professions stay where they are, and nothing has to be unlearned ahead of the job or once it ends. A character can therefore take this service regardless of which two main professions it has.

When will my order be started?

On November 4, 2026, the day WoW Forever opens; character creation becomes possible on October 27. Anything bought earlier waits its turn and stays in force even when Blizzard shifts the calendar. As long as no booster has agreed to take the job, cancelling gives you the whole payment back.
