It needs exactly 8 of them: Brewmaster, Fool For Love, For the Children, Hallowed Be Thy Name, Merrymaker, Noble Gardener, The Flame Warden or Flame Keeper, and To Honor One's Elders.

Because every holiday runs only once a year, the meta takes a full calendar year from a clean start. Pilgrim, from Pilgrim's Bounty, is not on the list, so it is not part of this order.

Choosing the Metas in Your Proto-Drake Boost

Full achievement covers all 8. Specific achievements is for players who already hold some metas: tick only the missing ones. Merrymaker and To Honor One's Elders are the largest items in the calculator, while For the Children and Noble Gardener are among the smallest.
